Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
These Terms govern your access to this site and your purchase of digital products from Amazin’ Media LLC (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The products
We sell downloadable digital cookbooks and meal plans (PDF files). Your purchase is delivered electronically — there is no physical product and no shipping.
2. License & permitted use
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or post the files publicly. The files may be watermarked to your order.
3. Orders, prices & payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and may include applicable tax/VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize the charge and confirm the information you provide is accurate.
4. Delivery & access
After successful payment, you receive a secure download link by email and on the confirmation page. For security, download links are limited (e.g. a number of downloads and an expiry window). If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us and we will help.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, our Refund Policy applies to all purchases. Please read it before buying.
6. Intellectual property
All content — recipes, text, images, and the files themselves — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. The license in Section 2 is the only right you receive.
7. Disclaimers
Our recipes and meal plans are provided for general informational purposes and are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making dietary changes, and check for allergens. The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including certain consumer rights).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts of the State of Minnesota, United States. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact: support@cookingwithkahnke.com.
