Digital products are delivered immediately
Our cookbooks and meal plans are digital files delivered instantly on purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where a refund is required by law or granted at our discretion.
EU / UK customers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, for digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase and starting your download you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. You consent to this at checkout.
To exercise this right, or to ask us to cancel and refund an order, use our withdrawal form. We will email you an acknowledgment and review your request. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Problems with your files
If a file is faulty, corrupted, or you cannot download it, contact us promptly at support@cookingwithkahnke.com and we will fix the issue or, if we cannot, provide a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Duplicate or accidental charges
Contact us and we will review and refund duplicate or clearly accidental charges.
