This Privacy Policy explains how Amazin’ Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “Cooking with Kahnke”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit this site or buy our digital products. By using the site you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Order details: your email address (to deliver your purchase and receipt), and your billing country and postal code (required to calculate sales tax/VAT).
  • Payment information: card and payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Support messages: anything you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referring URL and marketing parameters (e.g. UTM tags), and download activity.
  • Cookies & similar technologies, including a session cookie, your consent choice, and — only with your consent — Meta advertising identifiers (_fbp, _fbc). See our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use your information

  • To process your order, deliver your downloads, and email your receipt and download links.
  • To calculate and remit sales tax/VAT as required by law.
  • To prevent fraud and secure the site.
  • To understand site traffic and improve our products (first-party analytics).
  • To measure and (with your consent) deliver advertising, including via Meta’s Conversions API and Pixel.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), legal obligation (tax), legitimate interests (security, basic analytics), and consent (advertising cookies/Pixel and non-essential analytics). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, under contract:

  • Stripe — payments & tax.
  • Resend — sending your receipt/download emails.
  • Cloudflare R2 — secure storage and delivery of the product files.
  • Neon / Vercel — database and website hosting.
  • Meta — advertising measurement, only where you have consented.
  • PostHog — product analytics, only when enabled.

We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Our providers are largely based in the United States. Where we transfer data out of the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep order and tax records for as long as required by law (typically several years for tax). Analytics data is retained only for as long as we need it to understand and improve how the store performs. We delete or anonymize personal data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to our use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. California residents may request to know, delete, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell personal information. 8. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Policy; we will post the new version here with a revised date.
